When a seller sets up a storefront on an e-commerce platform, it's essential their listing adheres to the marketplace's quality standards. Every new storefront must be QA’ed before going live. Using Avenue, the marketplace QA process is 10X faster. The assessment standards include:

The QA Playbook:
Create a ticket when a new store is submitted by a seller that breaches completeness, safety, or accuracy standards. Summarize the issue with AI for the customer success team to get context, fast.
Based on underlying data about the store:
If a listing is incomplete, missing photos or text, an email is sent to the customer with instructions on what needs to be updated (based on type of error identified).
If a possible safety issue is flagged (ex: prohibited items listed), Avenue generates a ticket in Zendesk and tags the risk team, allowing the team to review and decide on the appropriate action.
If escalation is required, they can auto-escalate to a manager
If a listing's categorization is inaccurate, Avenue assigns a task to the listings team for adjustment.
Once issues are resolved, create a task for the listing review team to manually review. If the storefront passes the final QA check then the storefront is approved.
Change ticket status to closed
This approach not only enhances efficiency but also ensures marketplace standards are upheld.
