Avenue Launches Custom Actions in Customer.io

Avenue users can now take custom actions with Customer.io directly from their Avenue Playbook.

Go beyond the alert. With Avenue you can automate the human coordination of how problems get solved in your organization, all the way through whatever action might resolve the issue (like triggering a Customer.io campaign!)

Skip the manual work and focus on handling the emergency, we’ll handle the rest.

Use Avenue to easily execute your team’s full response playbook by setting up workflows. Avenue notifications can now be escalated directly to creating a Customer.io campaign, by auto-populating the desired fields and triggering the send.

To use this new customization, first visit your profile settings (https://app.useavenue.com/account/settings) to connect Customer.io. Then, in any Monitor, simply select “Customer.io” as a notification endpoint, and fill out the form that appears before you.
